Ingredients:
1 oz Dark Rum 1/4 oz Blue Curacao 2 oz Coconut Cream 2 oz Pineapple Juice

 Serve in Hurricane Glass

Pour the dark rum, blue curacao, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a pineapple piece, and serve.
