   Recipe for Eagle Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Creme de Violette
1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 Egg white

Serve in White Wine Glass
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.
