Ingredients:
60 ml Sherry
30 ml Chocolate Liqueur
30 ml Cognac
2 - 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Egg yolk

Serve in Red Wine Glass

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Serve in a red wine glass and sprinkle powdered cinnamon on top.
